I purchased the Triton Pro Theme from WP thinking I am dealing with WP, paid the $40 and I received an email from my host Provider that the theme had a major virus. I wrote to Towfiq and received an email back from tislam100@gmail.com who is the support. I thought I was purchasing direct from WP and now everything I have posted for the past 3 years (originally on the Piano Black) theme has disappeared, all my images all my posts everything, my drafts. I used the same password for my Admin WP for the theme thinking it was WP. There should have been a warning that this was an external theme, has nothing to do with WP. I am very upset. I am trying to get in contact with WP support directly and there is no sign of any direct support. I have lost 3 years work by transferring to a theme that was highly recommended by WP. How can this happen!
