I'll be away for a few hours. The theme on this site does not appear to be a fee theme. This means Wordfence can not check it. It only checks WordPress core, plugins and themes that are in the repository.
I suggest you track down the purchase information on the theme and download the latest version. If it was purchased at Themeforest, it is an easy process. Log in with the credentials used at the time of purchase, go to the downloads section and download the latest version of the theme.
Then download everything in the server's theme file to a folder on your PC for safekeeping, delete the theme's folder and replace it with your new version.
